The following is a list of what is expected of each staff member. If you feel you can not fulfill this list, it is possible that you may need to step down. Opposingly, if you feel that you can take on more responsibilities, you may want to step up. Please take a moment to look through each position, and apply for what you feel you may be capable of. Super Gladiator (Global Moderator)

• Welcomes new members.
  
• Helps keep track of who is leaving.
  
• Makes sure advertisements follow the rules.
  
• Helps to moderate graphics submissions by members.
  
• Participates in conversations/games/etc. at least once per week.

Personal Trainer (Moderator)

• Assists Super Gladiators and Head Honcho.
  
• Helps welcome new members to the board.
  
• Moderates assigned boards to make sure all follow rules.
  
• Participates in conversations/games/etc. at least once per week.

Imaginative Sprite (Graphics Designer)

• Helps to fill graphics requests.
  
• Contributes works to userbars and member graphics.
  
• Helps to welcome new members to the board.
  
• Can contribute to tutorials, though it is not required.
  
• Participates in conversations/games/etc. at least once per week.
